I need to email an invoice for an order so I can get paid upon delivery.

I am doing a cookie tray, petit fours and a cheese ball/crackers tray to serve about 30. It is an office party right after lunch. What I've got is:

a total of about 60 cookies @$50
approx 50 petit fours @ $80
punch @$7
Cheese ball/crackers @ $15

Should I add another dessert? Like cheesecake or a bar cookie? I also bought the serving items that came to about $30. Should I add in for delivery, set up, and running around for the place setting stuff? Is it bad form to have only about 12 decorated cookies on the cookie tray? They are more concerned that it is nice rather than the $$$. I am just concerned that if there is too much they will feel it was too expensive and wasteful. It's a reflection on me no matter what and I feel awkward. Sorry to ramble...HELP ME!!

I think personally that the cookies are underpriced depending on the size and type.
How big are the trays? I wouldn't make them look sparce.
I think you should add at least one more item. You have 30 people that is only 2 cookies, 1 petit four and a little cracker with cheese.

Definitly charge for set up and delivery.

Try cookie bars, brownies, even cake balls if you have time to do them. A couple bunt cakes would be very nice. That way you don't have to decorate and there is more to choose from.

Thanks! My largest tray is 10" round. The assortment consists of 12 decorated cookies (snowflakes about 4" across), chocolate truffle cookies, and snickerdoodles. I thought there would be an elegant and a classic cookie on there. If I add a cookie it has to be a something quick. I am really behind and have a lot to do. Does that info help? I am concerned about being perceived as overpriced. Thanks again for your input.
