Well, I just made my first batch of chocolate buttercream icing. I used the Wilton Class recipe and added melted special dark bars to it. It tastes wonderful. It's just got a tiny bit of chocolate flavoring - just enough! It's not as dark as I thought it would be, but that's alright - I used it to ice the cake anyway...and then after I did that I thought - hey - I guess I could have added brown coloring to it! HA! too late!
Anyway - I'll be decorating it later, after it crusts and I smooth it...
