I am making a 3D blues clues cake next week I am using the wonder mold for the head and body with the 6" round in the middle. I have made a practice cake but it didn't come out quite like i wanted it too. I Want the snout to be more bulbous or rounded or something, so I figure I will add too rather than take away more cake. My question is what could I use to add to it? I was thinking maybe a mini wonder mold cut in half?? What do you all think?

Side Question: I wanted to make a dog bowl full of chocolate cereal as a smash cake maybe What pan do I use for that?

I would just use molded rice crispy treats to build up Blue's nose area. Crumb coat it and then frost or fondant it like normal. (Am I the only one that thinks buttercream on rice crispy treats is just out of this world?)

For the dog bowl you could do a little 4 inch cake and then cut away the middle. If this is for a 1 year old, be careful of the round chocolate cereal. It can be considered a choking hazard because of the child's age and the shape and size of the cereal.
