I'm looking for a cheesecake recipe in it that can be baked in a regular pan like a normal cake. Someone on here posted that they used it, but they never got back to me on it. I think they were starting classes and maybe couldn't get back to me. I have it requested at the library, but it has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting on it. If anyone would be willing to share, I would be so grateful. icon_biggrin.gif

Thank you for any help. icon_smile.gif

I've baked a few cheesecake wedding cakes in my regular pans. Put parchment paper in the bottom of your cake pans, and then spray the sides with baking spray. I've used several different recipes and they have all worked. Let it cool and flip it out on a board and then put it on to your cake plate. If you like, send me a PM and I will send you the recipe I use the most!
