I have had a few orders for wedding cakes with the bottom tier that is real and the top two are dummies and not sure how I should price them. I charge $2 per serving for the real and $35 per each dummy. Is that reasonable or not enough. My regular price for a full wedding cake is $3 per serving and increasing to $3.25 per serving Jan1st.

I would charge the regular price per serving for the real cake. As for the dummies, it would depend on how complicated the decoration.

I recently did some display dummies that were plain fondant with just a lower royal icing beaded border. they want to use them for a back-drop for their porcelain ornaments. I charged them the cost of the fondant x 3.5 and they bought the styrofoam dummies. they can be expensive.
