Can the roses me made with tinted rolled buttercream and then frozen?

Rolled buttercream is the equivalent to "stiffened" buttercream.

It couldn't be piped, so it would have to be modelled by hand. This would be difficult because of it's softness, lack of elasticity, and the effect that the heat of your hands would have on it.

Pipe Royal icing flowers, buttercream icing, or model using rolled fondant or gumpaste.
