I want to use the "Orange Chocolate Mousse" recipe from this site but 'm not familiar with the measurements indicated in the recipe. Can anyone please help me convert it?
If using the same (i.e., in oz) do I have to weigh everything including the liquids?
Also, can I use it as cake filling? is it stable enough?

Don't know if this can be used as a filling, as I've never made it.
