Cake Sizes Please Help!

ok, i have a wedding cake for this week, and they want to save the top layer for their anniversary. so i cant figure out what sixe cakes to do. it will need to serve 200 (minus the top, of course)

all depend what mold you use
1. square mold you need 16x4in square, plus 12x4in square = 200 the top you use 8x3=this is saved for first anniverasry

2. round mold you need 14 x4in, 10x3in, four 8x4in= 201 the top you use 7x3in= this is saved for first anniversarry
