This is my very first post. I've been kicking around the idea of starting a baking business on the side...I know I need to do it legally, but I'm finding it very difficult. There really is no information online about how to go about finding one...I guess I'll just have to drag out the phone book and start calling around to see if anyone would be interested in helping me out.

I'm starting to feel discouraged, wondering if my business would be successful enough to even produce a profit...I'd be doing this business after my regular 9-5 until I feel it out what the demand will be.

Does anyone have any pointers for me? I'd really appreciate it.
