I just bought some satin ice...from ebay and they are a member here. also (ebay seller)...let me tell you that stuff was dirty and when i say dirty i mean it had hair, lent i even found a gold and brown bug....I have sent the person 2emails and they have yet to respond back to the 2nd email..but i will give them time, they might be busy and have not check the 2nd email yet...well anyway...I did taste a small part, (on my way home from the mail box) and it taste great. with all that being said, try ebay, you might have better luck, I just hate I wasted my $30.00 .....

No, they don't sell directly to customers...only distributors. But when I contacted them they were quick to respond with a name and a number of someone I could contact that could help me. When I got mine, it was great stuff...had no problems with it being dirty and I've never heard of that happening before...weird!
