Anyone have suggestions for this: 1+ lb topper to sit on 6" mirror (top tier 6", on stacked 10" and 14" for wedding). Double stick tape, anything under the mirror (powdered sugar?). Thanks!

Make sure that you put dowels into your cake to support the mirror. Put a piece of wax paper on your cake then put the mirror on. Double stick-tape the topper. Set the topper on at the last minute (or have someone at the wedding put it on). You just need it to make it through the reception until they cute the cake.

I wouldn't do anything to the mirror, its just gonna muss it up. Yes, supports underneath it and then place the topper once its all set up.

Thanks! I didn't even think of dowels for that heavy topper with mirror!
