Any help figuring this out is appreciated!

I'm doing the "Cool School Cake" from the Wilton 2007 Yearbook. I need 72 oz of royal blue, plus some other colors.

I've never made fondant before, but made my first batch tonite. I used the Rhonda's Ultimate MMF recipe here on CC.

How do I know how much MMF to make in order to have enough for the Wilton recipe? I didn't want to use the Wilton ready made fondant, since everyone seems to think it tastes gross.

THANKS!! I don't want to end up w/ way too much or way too little.

Amber

16 ounces in one pound so 72/16 = a little more than 4 pounds. I would do 4 batches of MMF to do that.
