okay ccers, I've had a request for a cheesecake wedding cake. to feed either 100 or 150..not sure on # of guest yet. because I am just starting in wedding cakes I charge $2.50 per serving for buttercream and $3.50 per serving for fondant...so what would be a fair price for cheescake?

depends on what kind of cheesecake they want and how much the items cost that you are making them with. ------ Ask them what kind of cheesecakes they are needing to be made and if any decorations will be on them. Figure out how much it will cost you to make them and then times by either 3 or 4 depending on how much of a profit you are wanting.
