I am doing a cheesecake wedding in 2007.

I am now trying to get my $$$ together.

Does anyone have any good recipes for toppings ideas we came up with were lemon sauce, chocolate sauce, carmel sauce & blueberry sauce. I have no recipes for these.

Or places on line to buy the sauce premade (I am in Canada)...I am open to options.

The idea is a cheesecake cupcake bar after the cake cutting. So the recipe I am using will be the cake bibles cheesecake recipe for both the main cake & cheesecake cupcakes.

WooHoo first wedding cake
TIA

Congratulations on your 1st wedding cake order!!!!

Well, there's strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and pineapple in the sleeves....

Or you could also do a combination of the berries.

Sorry, don't have any helpful info on where to purchase in Canada.

You can also melted milk chocolate (everyone loves chocolate) and melted caramels.
These should be kept warm which might be a problem. Mini chafing dishes could be used.
5 - caramels & 2 - tsp. milk just increase it to the amount you need.
You could also buy caramel ice cream topping and use that instead. I recommend Saunder's brand. Very rich and creamy.

I think berry (strawberry, cherry, rasberry...) flavors and chocolate are the favorites...

I read a post elsewhere that said you could buy Dawn icing from Sugarcraft but I couldn't find it on their sight? Any other ideas where to look? I wont be oredering a huge quantity so the Dawn websight doesnt look like it will work for me. I normally make my own buttercream but I am doing a bigger cake for my husbands 40th birthday and am pressed for time. The local Mrs. Fields Cookies uses Dawn's and it is very tasty.
