I would like to make the big round cookies for birthdays sometimes and I also make dessert pizzas with cookies and I don't know where I can get a 11 inch or a 15 inch round box from.

If you have access to a Sam's Club, you might want to try there.

I know they sell cake boards, cake boxes, plastic cake/cookie containers in the bakery.

I've also purchased their pizza, and recall that you could buy the pizza, boards and boxes, but I'm not sure what dept.
