Candy melts for the coating on my Cake Balls? Also are my choices
basically Milk/Dark/Mint/White Chocolate, or Peanut Butter?

You can flavor the almond bark or candy melts with LorAnn oils. I made some recently and used the Raspberry to flavor it and it worked really well and was very good.

You can use almond bark instead of the candy melts and you can also by the flavor oils and flavor your white chocolate. I get them at the cake supply store.

BTW, I have Champagne and Cheesecake Lorann Oils. I'm thinking the cheesecake would be yummmmmy with the pumpkin spice in my cake!
It's fun trying to think of new ideas!

Yes, just a drop or two, since they are very concentrated. I think the cheesecake flavoring sounds wonderful!!
