Can anyone share a foolproof cake mix extender recipe with me please.

This is the recipe I use and it always turns out great. I do add a teaspoon of vanilla and 3 or 4 drops of cream bouquet flavoring also. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much. I saw a couple on this site but wanted to get a recipe from someone who actually tried the recipe and got good results. I usually put instant pudding in my batter, shoul d I omit this step? Or will it still be ok with the extender?

I have never used pudding in this recipe so I really can't say. I have used the cake mix with the pudding added before and it turned out nicely. People always like the taste of this cake.

I would not recommend adding pudding mix (basically just more sugar and modified food starch) as it could cause your cake/s to fall, or become gummy.
