The Victorian Rose uses tip 97 and the petals are more curved at the edge. It's done the same way.

The only difference I can remember is the that the tip is different.
In course one you use tip 104, but for the victorian rose, you use tip 97 in the exact same way you make the regular rose. The difference is that the tip 97 causes each petal to curl under slightly.
I personally love tip 97. I use that for all my roses.

I love the Victorian rose too! A lot of people in my class actually like the regular rose better, but I think the Victorian one is so much prettier, personally.

I got my tip 97 a few days ago and I LIKE IT MUCH BETTER THAN THE WILTON ROSE!

FYI My personal preference, in order from most liked to least liked:

First choice-victorian rose

Second choice-Wilton rose

Third choice-ribbon rose

If you are referring to Wilton's Course 1 Ribbon Rose, it is done differently than the Victorian Rose.
