Is there anyway to make the mmf less sweet? maybe add flour in place of some powdered sugar? I dont know. its just taste like you put a spoonful of powdered sugar in your mouth.

HAHA!!! Well, you just did! icon_lol.gif

I used kool-aid to color my MMF last time and it had more of a sweet fruity flavor that a just plain sweet flavor. It's still sweet that way, but at least it has a flavor too.

........mmmm...never tried it.......I wonder if you added cornstarch (since that's part of what makes up powdered sugar) if that would make it too stiff. I do know that if you add in some melted white chocolate the the marshmallows it cuts down on some of the sweetness and it's yummy.......I wonder if you started out with marshmallow cream if you wouldn't have to add soooo much powdered sugar to make it pliable?
