Since I seem to be getting busy with the whole cake making thing, I thought it would be a good idea to have a sheet to mark down all the particulars that pertain to a cake order, I have not done a wedding cake yet, and the majority of the order forms I found on line are for wedding stuff.....

Do you guys have a sheet that you fill in all the particulars on, if so would anyone mind sharing with me.....

It seems I have gotten to the point now that doing 4-5 cakes a month I don't want to forget a deatil that a customer wants nor do I want to accidentally give them the wrong flavour or anything....

Thanks

Is it too much to ask for me to get a copy of that sheet too? I am new to this industry and I'm learning and loving so much. Thanks so much.

Another idea would be to get a datebook/notebook just for your cake orders. That has always worked for me. You can always print a reciept from your computer if your customer wants one.

Hi
If you can get a hold of a copy of Bo Fribergs The Advanced Professional Pastry Chef he has an excellent cake ordering form in the book. Best I have seen yet.
