How does it stay put when it's all decorated? Is it just the frosting that keeps it up right? And how to you cut it? Seems like it would be pretty awkward(sp?).

Think it would be difficult to cut, standing up - so I would slice it in half and lay the unfrosted sides down and then have at it!!!!
