Sure hope someone can help, a lady has ask me to make a peanutbutter cookie cake like the big cookies you get at the mall, I have done the chocolate chip ones, but don't have a recipe for peanutbutter. I would really appreciate anyone that has a recipe or that can help

I haven't made a giant cookie, but I don't know why you shouldn't.

After all, we change the size of the cake pans we use all the time..
