The recipe on the back of the Reese's peanutbutter chips bag is good. It's for a chocolate cookie...I forget what they call it exactly but the cookie itself is very fudgy and would be very yummy with white chocoolate chips instead. Might be worth a trip to the grocery or you could probably get it on their site....

Here is the recipe of that cookies....

"Ingredients:

3oz (75g) margarine, 3oz (75g) brown sugar, 1 egg, 5oz (150g) self-raising flour, pinch of salt, small bar (about 50g size) white chocolate (Oliver's favourite is Milky Bar Chunky) which should be finely grated, small bar (about 50g size) ordinary milk chocolate (Oliver's favourite is Cadbury's Dairy Milk) cut into small chunks, 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder.

Cream the margarine and sugar together. Add the egg and beat until mixture is smooth. Stir in the flour and salt until fully mixed and blended in. Stir in the grated chocolate followed by the chunks, then the cocoa powder. Spoon the mixture in circle shapes onto a greased baking tray and then bake in the over for 10-12 mins at 180 deg C, Gas Mark 4 (170 deg C for fan assisted oven). Allow to cool naturally, though we have to say that these chocolate chip cookies are delicious whilst still just warm!"
