This has probably been discussed, but I'm going to ask anyway. How long do cookies stay fresh once they are bagged? TIA

I use Penny's cookies and RI. They stay fresh for at least two weeks.

I've only had cookies around for about 8 days, but I read they will stay fresh longer. After 2 weeks they should be fine.
