I am making MMF for the first time tonight. How important is it to add all the sugar? I have gotten about 3/4 of the amount I am supposed to but my MMF is very dry. I don't know if I can get the rest of the sugar in it without adding water. My MMF is not sticky at all.

THANKS!

I never measure my sugar when I make MMF I just work it until I get it the texture I like.

I do the same as abby, but you can add warm water to the mixture, remember a small tiny amount at a time and knead it until you get the right texture.

Forgot to add, you can put it in the microwave for about 7 seconds and knead it. This may be a better option.
