I found lots of posts about serving sizes in certain size pans, like a 10 inch, but I can't figure out how many servings are in one DH mix? Also, for a two layer 10 inch round, does that mean you use 2 cake mixes?

A two layer 10 inch round will need more than one box!

I fill my pans 2/3 of the way full.

Basically, I think there's only about 20 servings in a dh mix. Some use an extender to get more servings, but I basically judge it on how many cupcakes I can get out of one mix. The box always says 24, but I never get that many.

HTH!
