What type of Vanilla are you using in your bakery?
I open in Jan. and I am trying to find a source to order mass qnty of a REALLY good vanilla for my "Vanilla Pound Cake".
Thanks for all your help.
I've ordered it from two different places. The Vanilla company, and then I got the link to esco foods from someone on CC. It was $24 for 32 oz, and they have other sizes. I've been using it for a little while now. I LOVE madagascar bourbon vanilla!!!!
Here's a link to both:

You can order wholesale from Loranne Oils. Their prices are very good and the shipping is reasonable. They carry the specific vanilla you requested and also a wonderful clear vanilla and butter flavor. Check out their website....but you will have to contact them for a wholesale price list.
I also order from esco foods. I was a bit leary because of the large quantity and great price but it is an excellent product. HTH

I prefer Nielson Massey vanilla, especially their Madagascar Bourbon vanilla (although they do have the Tahitiian version as well). I buy locally, but you could "froogle" it and see who has the best online prices. I know I've seen it on Amazon.com as well.
