I have the Airmaster and I think I am ready to branch out and learn to airbrush with metallics. Can someone help give me the directions as to how much powder to use andhow much liquid and what liquid...Vodka,,everclear etc..I can't get everclear here in Canada but I don't think that will matter. What consistency should it be?Can I use superpearl also?

I use orange extract mixed with the luster dust to spray through the airmaster. One thing I learned is not to try the sparkle dusts. They have larger particles that clog the airbrush. The orange or lemon extracts work to mix the dusts with, they evaporate very fast like alcohol. I don't really measure, I mix a container of luster dust with probably a tablespoon of extract. If it's not thin enough it clogs too easy. If it's not thick enough, you will have to spray a couple of coats to really cover well. Make sure you clean the airbrush very well afterward. I haven't taken mine apart and soaked the parts but I really need to.
