hey guys..

I'm so tired and achy right now..lol.

On Sunday after I drained the tub and was getting up to get out, I slipped and fell back into the tub and gave myself a wicked whiplash. I have been having a weird headache all week.

I finished 3 cakes that I thought were due today, that's what I have written on the recipts!! One lady didn't pick up her cake, but it's paid for so I think she may come tomorrow.

The other lady kept on calling me all week changing the date of HER cake...ugh...so as I go in early this morning ...stiff as a board and not really able to move my neck and shoulders..working on her cake so it will be ready by 11 am...she calls to "CONFIRM HER CAKE FOR TOMORROW"..ha..yeah right..if it really was for tomorrow..you wouldn't be calling...

So, I stayed till 9:30 pm got Saturday's cakes baked..but have to go in tomorrow early again, because I have to do some new techniques, at leat for me...on a cake that get's picked up at NOON! and a huge sheet cake...the BIG sheet cake!

I STILL have to get the pricing for the guy that want's me to do the production work on his logo cakes and cookies for Valentine's Day..

and...

I want to finish the Ginger bread house...and there is a cake I want to try to see if I can make a "3-D" ..erm..well..cake..lol...


and...

I still want to play with my cakes. I want to make this REALLY cute purse cake that I found. I want to send this special stand out to be made for this AWESOME CAKE that I have in my head..

and....

I have to make sure that I finish my BIG SCHOOL project so I can FINALLY get my BAKING AND PASTRY ASSOCIATE DIPLOMA...I graduated in May...( they only have 1 graduation a year...so it was this past May or next May...I thought if I didnt' say anything I'd automatically be next MAY..but..noooooooooooooooooooooooo!)

and........

I want to take my MONDAY..that I'm supposed to be closed and get to the BEACH....before HALLOWEEN..I'm so pale someone just MAY try to put a STAKE through my heart..

you poor thing, i dont know how you have all the energy you do. What kind of help do you have, does someone do your baking or make your icing? i know you have a guy who delivers cakes, but surely you're not doing all the rest alone.

ok, I really hope you are in bed right now getting some much needed sleep and when you wake up you need to go see a DR. about those headaches!!!!

sounds like you need to go to bed!! hope you get plenty of rest tonight..... although sounds exciting w/all the new stuff you want to do!!

and you should DEF go see the doc about your headache!!

I'm worn out just reading this post!! Forget the doctor girl, what you need is a a good massage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh girl!...you can be tooooo busy!

i feel your pain!....i was painting and fell off a ladder and sprained my left wrist...

i thought...it'll be ok...but man i never realized how much you use the left wrist.

two days later i had to do two stacked wedding cakes.

it was a comedy carrying triple stacked wedding cakes with my forarms and tryin to get them in the box.

my sister says i need to find a rich old man to take care of me so i can quit working so hard....

which sounded good....but i'm pretty sure ya gotta kiss em and "stuff".

i must say it felt kinda good to see your post and know i'm not the only one with alot of challenges.

try to get some rest!!!...i'm gonna do a double shot of nyquill!!!
