So I just made 2 batches of cupcakes using the Pumpkin Pie Spice & Gingerbread creamers (With white cake mix), I made an apple filling I saw on here when I was browsing today (A can of apple pie filling, blended smooth, then heated with a little butter, some brown sugar and cornstarch for thickening) and topped them with cinnamon buttercream and OMG Im gonna die!!! It is sooo good!!!

Ummm there wasnt exactly a recipe LOL

The cupcakes were just white cake mix, follow the instructions on the back.... but for 1/2 the liquid I used the liquid creamers (Pumpkin Pie Spice & Gingerbread-- Not together, I made 2 box mixes, one of each flavor). Bake as you would... Yummy cupcakes...

The filling there wasnt a recipe either. I took one can of apple pie filling and put it in the blender. Once smooth I put it in a pan and heated it on medium with about 1/2 stick of butter, and when heated I added approx 1/4C Brown sugar +/- (Add whatever depending on how sweet you want it), and then cornstarch mixed with water to thicken.... once thickened... put in the fridge overnight, and you should have a nice smooth thick apple filling (Hopefully haha).

The buttercream I just added some cinnamon to...

All I know is it tastes REALLY good hahaha

Jovigirl--- Come and get some!!! Im gonna fill and frost the rest tomorrow then find people to give them away to--- Im not really allowed to be eating them, but I had to just taste to see if they were any good.

Think you could make this into a cake instead of cupcakes?

Yup, of course it could be a cake..... I just did cupcakes cause I didnt wanna decorate a cake, I wanted to mess around with the creamers, and see if they tasted good.... and well cupcakes were the easiest way to get a taste for it.

I was just thinking, wouldn't it work good to make it like a Boston cream pie, only using the recipe you just shared with us? I'm going to try it!!!
I don't like the hassle of cupcakes.
