Does anyone know of a recipe for a homemade Bavarian Cream that does not require refrigeration? I don't particularly care for the commercially prepared version--but may have to resort to using it if I can't come up with something else.

Or a substitute for Bavarian Cream that doesn't require refrigeration maybe?

I'm doing a wedding and the bride has requested it.

Thanks!!

Lisa

Sorry, The only kind I know doesn't need to be put in the fridge is the store bought kind in the sleeves. icon_sad.gif

Sorry, I don't have any recipes for that either but you may want to check over at ladycakes.com .....she has a ton of recipes for fillings! I use the CK products brand that comes in a 2# sleeve and I think it's very good!
