I was asked today to make a bd cake for a 2 yr. old for this Friday. The customer wants a Dora the Explorer theme. I thought.....no problem, I'll just google and get a pattern for a bct.....I can't find anything to suit my needs. Pls. help me if you can. Time is of the essence for me as I work full time and this is done in the evenings, so I need to get my "ducks in a row" when I can. Thanks so much for your help! Lil

Unfortunately I have no pictures. But last year I did a Dora cake and I just went to W-M and got a $5.00 toy set. The little girl was really happy to have toys and it cut down on my time (it was also last minute-the party was changed to a week ahead of schedule). Not always what I like to do, but it was cute and gave me a little creativity with the back ground!

Also did you do an image search for "Dora the Explorer Coloring" ? Not sure what you are looking for to suit your needs but quite a few pages came up with her in different situations.

Let us know what you are looking for specifically, maybe someone out there will have it.

I should clarify not the toy set from the bakery (there isn't much in those-at least not enough for me) Over in the toy department they had a set with dora and her gang. I ended up doing the western one b/c the little girl was into horses and Dora.

Thanks all for your quick replies. I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. It's so good to have a site like this that we can all go to & help each other out! I did manage to find something I think I'll be able to use. I'll post a picture when I've got it done. Wish me luck icon_biggrin.gif
