Sounds yummy. What kinds of fruits? The only cake I've made with fresh fruit is a blueberry coffee cake. Maybe someone else here can be of better help!

I don't think I've heard of that before, with the exception of 'pineapple upside down cake'. Could that be it?
What kind of fruit was in it??

She described it as a white cake with fresh bluberries, strawberries, kiwi, and peaches baked right into it. I'm really wondering how this will effect the moisture content. Should some liquid be taken out or what......the quest continues......
