Can you all tell me if you have a licensed kitchen to make and sell your cookies? I am just asking because I am planning on participating in a craft fair next month to sell my cookies and I am not licensed. I get kind of uneasy about this. Now mind you, I have only sold to a few people over the years but this could take off. People have told me to get my butt in gear and start selling my stuff. I don't think my town would allow a home kitchen to be licensed ( I am afraid to even ask!!!). I suspose I could rent part of a kitchen somewhere but that would be expensive. What do you think??

Thanks!

this all depends on where you live..........if you look on the home page of this site there is a link that says......."wanting to start my own business ....where do I start??? that has a link to each state's page for this info. you need to check the state you live in.....they're all different as far as what they allow!! good luck
