I use Merckens Cocoa Dark melts and just melt them in a double boiler. It's so much easier than tempering chocolate, and they taste great!!

I have used regular chocolate and mine did harden but I love these little buckets.

I like the store bought kind that you can get at the grocery store. It is usually in the fresh fruit department. You just microwave it in the container that it comes in. Super easy and tastes good too. The brand I tried was Dolci and it was pretty good.
