I have 2 Wilton Course ll students who can't use the meringue for the royal icing as they don't eat egg products. I am looking for a substitiute recipe for the royal icing that they can use. I seem to remember one that used flour as the base, but haven't been able to find it anywhere. The first class starts this coming Wednesday and any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! detective.gif

Forget the baking911 website. Aparently meringue powder is made with egg whites. Did not know this as we do not use meringue powder in Australia.
