Okay a bit of background. I secured a table at the F.M for this Sat. The market is located in a building that also houses the ferry terminal from the sister city. This Saturday is the Civic Holiday weekend for both cities so lots of families travelling back and forth to parades events etc. I am making cupcakes only. Standard size, vanilla and chocolate. The market is $30.00 and from 7am-1pm. So my question is, how many cupcakes would you bake. Any help is appreciated.

Bake lots - you can freeze them if they don't sell. I would package them in small batches - no more than 6, and maybe have some to sell individually on a napkin.
Impossible to know exactly how many without knowing what the regular market attendance is. The first market I did I baked WAY too much of everything. Now I know that, I bake about half my original estimate and usually sell everything.
