Does anyone have a receipe they would share for gluten free cookies? Bride ask for some to go with her cake as there will be a few guest who are can not have gluten.

I made some last weekend using the white chocolate sugar cookie recipe on www.karenscookies.net . Instead of using flour I used the same amount of gluten free 'flour' from Bobs Red Mill and added 1/4 tsp of xanthan gum. these turned out great and noone knew (except the people I told) these were GF. Make sure you shift the gum and flour together (also extracts, etc... need to be GF).
