Well I made rolled fondant (collettes recipe) for the first time. Now let me state for the record, I have only tasted wilton stuff once. I have never, ever used fondant before icon_eek.gif . It seems like a good consistancy. Im an experienced bread baker, so I just kept kneading till it wasnt sticky. Its sitting in a bag right now on the table. All pretty and white, Im going to make cookies later and try to roll it out and use it on the cookies. icon_eek.gif Im a bit nervous. But it seems to taste ok. Im just dying to mess with fondant!

I like making my own fondant....it's tastes better than the ones I have purchased.
Rolled Butter cream also works well on cookies.
