My daughter is turning 2 next month and we are doing an Elmo themed party. I bought the Elmo character pan (the one that's just the face) and I was going to set it on top of a 14" round cake.

I would like to do a big cookie in the character pan since a 14" round will be enough cake to serve our guests and then some.

Is that possible?? What kind of cookie can I do that will hold the shape and taste okay iced???

Thanks!

Andrea

Yes you can. I baked a cookie in the shell pan and it worked great.

Oh, sugar cookie, ALL THE WAY!! Does anything beat a frosted sugar cookie?? And it's the easiest to decorate becuase there are no lumps from chips or anything! That sounds so adorable!!

Good Idea! How would you decorate it? And what do you use already made cookie dough or homeade?

I love this idea!!!!

Would you just put a border on it, or would you put a glaze cookie icing over the top, decorated like Elmo?

I am very intrigued about this!
