Has anyone tried that cake?? Is it good? Do you think cream cheese would be the best icing?

I LOVE the cinnamon swirl cake. Cream cheese would be so yummy on this cake. You might could do the creamer icing using the cinnamon vanilla creamer. I like cinnamon anyway. icon_lol.gif

When I made this I added some cinnamon to my buttercream icing and made a cinnamon buttercream. It was good with it. icon_smile.gif

Yes - this is a yummy cake. I made it recently and used a little orange Lorann oil in the BC. People at work really liked it. Oooh, I like the idea of cream cheese icing on it too.

At my Weight Watcher meeting we were given a recipe for muffins that had the cinnamon swirl cake mix, both packages in the box, 1 can of pumpkin, 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce. Bake for 18 minutes at 325...top with fat free cool whip!! It's to die for!!! And it is only 2 points for each muffin. This makes 24 muffins...it's GREAT!!

Just want to clarify that recipe...it is JUST the two packets in the box, no oil, no water, no eggs...and add pumpkin and applesauce. It sounds too good to be true!!

The cinnamon swirl cake is delicious. I doctor mine up a little and add some other stuff to extend it, and it's always really good.

It's my fiance's favorite cake, ever. Cream cheese frosting tastes so good on it!

Nutella is a Hazelnut spread made with skim milk and cocoa. It's awesome. If you love chocolate and hazelnut you'll love it.

I would love the recipe if you wouldn't mind sharing it. I tried something similar at TGI Fridays and loved it.
