I wanted to test a few different types of chocolate cake recipes to find one I really liked. So last week I made five different cakes and sent a piece of each to four different neighbors for a taste test. Everyone loved participating and I got back some great feedback on the recipes. Plus I didn't have as much cake around the house to tempt me.
Everyone volunteered to help again so I may be testing more recipes soon.

In case you're interested, here are the results:
#1 was a tie between Dark Chocolate and Chocolate Layer (recipes from CC)
#2 Mexican Chocolate Cake (also from CC)
#3 was a tie between German Chocolate Cake (also from CC) and Devil's Food (from Dawn Cake Flour)

Thanks for sharing... it is always good to try a new recipe and know for sure that it is going to be delicious. I guess I am trying some chocolate cake next weekend!
