When you deliver a cake or a client picks one up do any of you have the client sign that they have accepted the cake and are satisfied?

I not should we be doing that?

I haven't delivered many cakes but the ones that I have, the clients are so excited and delighted that i would never even think of that. I would hope that if someone was unhappy they would let me know right then and there, b/c they probably wouldn't want to pay for something they were completely disappointed with. If they were unsatisfied after eating it, i would hope they would call me so i could rectify the situation. Hope you haven't had any bad experiences on the subject!!!

I have never done that either. I usually ask my customers if they like it...and I have not had anyone say they were unhappy. However, I am a very laid back person and don't get too technical about certain things! icon_wink.gif
