Does anyone make cookie cakes? Have you put an edible image on them? I've done them b/4 but can't remember what kind of icing I used.
Would reg buttercream icing be ok? Nothing like these senior moments!

Is there a website for cookie cakes? thanks.

Hi icon_smile.gif I just use regular buttercream on my cookie cakes, and it seems to work out well. Good luck!

A cookie cake is one layer cookie dough usually baked in a 12" pizza pan. It looks like a giant decorated cookie.
