Help! I need a recipe for an Italian Rum Cake! I think that's what it's called...

Let me describe it. It's a white or yellow cake with 4 or more cake layers and alternating vanilla and chocolate pudding fillings. I don't know if the rum flavor is in the pudding or cake or both???

I usually make box mixes. Last weekend I made a yellow cake DH mix with the vanilla and chocolate pudding layers without any rum flavor or anything and everyone thought it was the rum cake!!! I thought I better get my act together before they find out! icon_wink.gif

Thanks in advance!!!

Thanks! That was fast!

I think the answer to my question is that there are many ways to do it! I'm going to experiment and then I'll let you know...

Does anyone have a recipe that they've personally tried? (I'm looking for the layered cake, not the bundt cake.)

That cake is so popular around here, I have to learn sometime soon!
