Not chocolate hazelnut but just plain hazelnut buttercream. I had a bride request it. What flavoring do I use?

TIA!

You could try one of those coffee creamers by International coffees or go to the Capella website and order the hazelnut flavoring. All their flavors are quite tasty.

i use the hazelnut liquid coffee creamer in place of the liquid in the recipe and it works fantastic. Tastes awesome.

Oh yummmm.. If you can get your hands on praline paste, just add that to whatever bc you make. I did this with IMBC and it was sooo good. However note that praline paste is brown so your icing would look chocolatey (see the sloppy cupcakes in my gallery: the ones w/blue flowers are hazelnut BC--no chocolate at all). Haven't tried the creamer but I would assume that would do the trick if your icing needs to stay white. In fact I may try it myself!
