I am looking for recipes for cakes or cobblers, cookies and stuff like this. My parents are having a party and I am in charge of the desserts and we will be having about 200 to 300 people. I need recipes for desserts that can sit out on a table for a few hours while the party is in progress. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much

I really like Allrecipes.com - they rate and allow users to write a review for all their recipes... It's very handy for weeding out the 'bad' ones icon_redface.gif

Oh, I love desserts and I love sharing!
One that is woderful and esay is a Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cheesecake, from Paula Dean. The recipe should be one FoodTv.com, if not let me know.
And of course, with all its popularity, a chocolate fountain. Easy, reasonable to buy, but messy.
Mini Cinnamon Rolls are always a big hit! Also, last fall I did Apple Jack Cupcake Minis from a Cake Doctor book, these have Jack Daniels in them.
I know there are others, I'll think of them later! icon_biggrin.gif
