Has any ever tried to copycat a Cheesecake recipe from the Swiss Colony website a lot of the toppings that I would put on top they have on the bottom with the crust like cherries, caramel etc... . I don't know how you would you adjust the timing I would'nt want to over bake my cheesecake or maybe even worst underbake . Just looked at the site myself and feel quite inspired to try some of these lol They sure would be a nice switch from the regular fruit topped cheesecakes. Hope this helps
