I am at my bakery just baking away - i go and put in like six pans in to my oven and then just reach in a grab on of the pans that has been in there for like 30 minutes and burn the crap out of my right hand (of course) in 3 places. Sometimes I just do the dumbest things and just make myself so mad. okay just had to vent a little

yeah I am pretty used to burning the top and bottom of my arms but I was picked up a curved pan and it seemed to have gotten the whole curve of my hand. just great. I now just have to laugh at myself. Yeah I will be fine, I ran across the street to walgreens and got some burn stuff and bandages, i guess stuff I should have already had here

I am getting better at not burning my self in the bakery, but I keep cutting my self on everything. Everything from knives to paper.
At home I keep burning my self all the time, maybe becouse I'm used to the ten times larger oven in the bakery?

I know how you feel, I hate wen I do something like that and get bad all so. I have a big BIG temper, so I'm allways kicking at something wen it happens. But my co-workers are used to it. I the beginning the bakery went still wenn I was kicking at things. Now they just keep working and chattering. Wen I fall down they allwas asks how bad it is. But they know wen to ask, and that I love them for. LOL

I hope you'r hand will be better soon.

yeah I am sure i will be fine, just had to act like a baby for a minute. i almost threw the pan across the room but it had 6 little strawberry/cheesecake cakes with a strawberry filling baked in to them and I really wanted to taste one haha

Oh, you poor thing - how terrible. Burns are so painful!! If you have vitamin E - pin prick open several and smother the liquid all over your hands. In the morning, apply neosporin. I promise this will help heal your burns very quickly.
