Is there any info out there on the web on how to do a cookie bouquet. For example how do you get them to stay in containers. I love doing cookies and I would love to be able to do these for birthdays at work. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I don't know of any informational sites but I can tell you how I get my cookies to stay in the container... I use the foam flower ball things that you get at craft stores. they are perfect for cookies in a bouquet. I hide the ball/square with some type of decorative fill depending on what type of bouquet I'm doing.

Thank you. I just wasn't sure. I didn't want to use anything that my be considered toxic or possibly contaiminate the cookies.

Yes, I also use styrofoam which I place inside the basket I am using and then I stick the cookies in them. I insert sucker sticks in the cookies while they are baking so I can stick them in the styrofoam and keep them in place. Then I docorate the basket with either cellophane paper or just that paper that you use for stuffing gift bags.
